United Methodist Women

United Methodist Women is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. United Methodist Women focuses on ministries with women, children and youth, and the mission initiatives include:

  • Providing opportunities to grow spiritually

  • Equipping women and girls to be leaders

  • Providing transformative educational experiences

  • Organizing for growth and flexibility

  • Working for justice through service and advocacy

As part of the United Methodist Church national organization of women, St. Paul UMC is an integral participant in the Miami Valley District United Methodist Women of the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. The district comprises eight districts in the West Ohio Conference that support the work of the United Methodist Women's national office.

St. Paul United Methodist Women meet on the first Sunday of the month following the 11:00am worship service to enjoy fellowship with lunch and explore issues such as Environmental Justice through education, service, and action. If you are interested in joining us or to learn more, please call the church.
